YOU are awesome!!! I knew you were strong enough and had everything that it takes to do this but still I was in awe watching you do it all!!! I think it's because you make it look easy! I know that is probably making you chuckle but, really, I have never seen someone with such a fabulous, warm smile during a race!!! You are actually often in my head when I race -- I think of that picture of you during the 10k and I think about the quote "the ultimate goal is to be able to do your best and enjoy it". You always look like you are fully aware of how lucky we all are to have the bodies that allow us to do this. Thank you for being such an inspiration to us all!!

And....you gave me a lift on the run when you said, "only a 5K to go, Susie." Thank you - okay, now I"m getting all choked up.
